  5. Preheat the kadhai on a medium flame for 10 mins.
  6. Pour the batter into cake tin and tap it to remove air bubbles.
  7. After kadha is preheated it is quite hot so carefully place cake tin into it and bake it for 10 mins at high flame and at low flame for 25-30 mins until you find the cake is perfectly baked.
  8. For icing: Just melt dark chocolate and cream and make ganache spread it on the cake and decorate it with chocolate shavings. Garnish it as per your wish and just have the yummy cake.
